Refund Policy

GENERAL PRINCIPLE

At Javis Holdings LLC, we take every engagement seriously and commit significant time and resources to each client’s project from the moment an order is confirmed. In recognition of this commitment, fees paid to Javis Holdings LLC are generally non-refundable once work has commenced on the relevant service. This Refund Policy sets out the specific refund terms applicable to each service category. By placing an order with Javis Holdings LLC, you acknowledge and accept these refund terms.

 

COMPANY FORMATION SERVICES

Company formation fees are non-refundable once the formation process has commenced. The process is deemed to have commenced upon receipt of payment and the client’s completed order details. Specifically:

  • Where government filing fees have been paid to the relevant authority, these fees are non refundable in all circumstances, as they are paid directly to the relevant government body
  • Where the company name has been reserved or applied for, preparation fees are non-refundable
  • Where the client elects to cancel before any work has commenced and before any government fees have been paid or reserved, a request for refund may be considered at Javis Holdings LLC’s sole discretion, subject to a minimum administration fee of USD $150 to cover initial processing costs
  • Annual maintenance fee payments for ongoing registered agent and registered office services are non-refundable once paid

 

BANK ACCOUNT OPENING SERVICES

Bank account opening fees are non-refundable once Javis Holdings LLC has commenced the compliance review and document preparation process. In particular:

  • If the client’s bank account application is declined by the first bank introduced, Javis Holdings LLC will use commercially reasonable efforts to introduce an alternative bank at no additional charge. This obligation to introduce an alternative bank is subject to the client’s KYC documentation remaining satisfactory and the client’s business profile remaining consistent with that disclosed at the time of engagement
  • If the client elects to withdraw from the bank account opening process after Javis Holdings LLC has commenced work, including after a first bank refusal, a retention of fifteen percent (15%) of the total service fee shall apply to cover administrative and professional costs already incurred, with the balance refunded at Javis Holdings LLC’s discretion
  • Bank account opening fees are entirely non-refundable where the application is declined due to the client’s failure to provide required KYC documentation, provision of false or misleading information, or the client’s business activity being deemed unsuitable by the bank

 

TRADEMARK REGISTRATION SERVICES

Trademark registration fees are non-refundable once the application has been prepared and/or submitted to the relevant intellectual property authority. In particular:

  • Trademark class fees paid to Javis Holdings LLC that have been remitted to the relevant authority are non-refundable in all circumstances
  • Service coordination fees are non-refundable once the application has been filed
  • Where an application is rejected by the relevant authority, this does not entitle the client to a refund of the service fee or class fees, as the authority’s decision is outside the control of Javis Holdings LLC
  • Pre-filing trademark availability search fees are non-refundable once the search has been conducted

 

BUSINESS ADVISORY SERVICES

Advisory fees paid for confirmed consultation sessions are non-refundable once the session has been conducted. For advisory packs (Starter Pack, Professional Pack, and Monthly Retainer):

  • If you have not yet used any sessions in an advisory pack, a refund request may be submitted within 7 days of purchase, subject to a USD $50 administrative processing fee
  • Once any session in an advisory pack has been conducted, the fee is non-refundable for the sessions already used; unused sessions may be credited to a future engagement at Javis Holdings LLC’s discretion
  • Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced

 

BUSINESS MATCHING SERVICES

Business matching fees are non-refundable once Javis Holdings LLC has commenced research and outreach on the client’s behalf. Where Javis Holdings LLC has delivered a pre-screened introduction that meets the client’s stated requirements, no refund is available. If Javis Holdings LLC is unable to provide any introduction within the guaranteed one-week timeframe due to circumstances within our control, a full refund will be offered.

 

STRIPE PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES

Please note that Stripe’s payment processing fees (typically 2.9% + USD $0.30 per transaction) are charged by Stripe at the time of payment and are not refunded to Javis Holdings LLC by Stripe in the event of a refund. Where a refund is due, Javis Holdings LLC will refund the service fee paid; however, Stripe’s payment processing fees may not be recoverable and may be deducted from any refund issued.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

All refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to [accounts@javisholdings.us] with the subject line ‘Refund Request — [Order Reference]’. Please include your full name, order reference number, the service(s) for which a refund is requested, and the reason for your request. We will acknowledge your request within two (2) business days and aim to provide a decision within ten (10) business days of receipt.
